Getting good drafts
Say who it's for, what it's about, and the goal. Example: "A March newsletter for local real estate agents explaining why an early title search helps closings go smoothly, with a friendly tone and a call to book a coffee."
Anything in [brackets] is a placeholder for you to fill in, such as your company name or phone number.
What counts as one generation?
Each time you click Generate and get a draft back. Editing, copying, and downloading are free and unlimited.
How do I edit a draft?
Click anywhere in the draft box and type. Then use Copy or Download .html.
Where are the templates?
Open the menu and choose Templates. Pick one, edit it in place, then copy or download it.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open the menu, then Settings or Manage billing. Billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need to review drafts before sending?
Yes. Title insurance marketing is regulated in many states, including rules on referral incentives. Have a compliance-minded person review anything before it goes out.
